Shipping and delivery
Complimentary standard shipping is available on eligible US orders. Standard freight delivery is generally curbside or to a carrier-accessible location; inside delivery, white glove service, assembly and installation are additional services.
Published processing estimates are 5–10 business days, or 7–15 for special/custom orders. Transit is additional: air freight typically takes 12–15 days; sea freight for large pieces, 30–45 days. Timing varies by item and destination.

Custom sizing and finish
Selected pieces can be reviewed for dimensions, finish, suspension length and other project requirements. Share room measurements, photographs and any drawings before ordering.
For lighting, confirm the required voltage, dimmer/control system, ceiling type and fixture support with your electrician. Electrical configuration and certification must be checked for the specific piece.
Returns and order support
Eligible standard pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled and in original packaging, with prior authorization.
Approved customer-preference returns carry a 20% restocking fee based on the price paid, plus customer-paid return freight. Customer-specific custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for preference-based returns.
Verified damage, defects or incorrect items are handled separately under the policy. Keep the product and packaging and contact us for instructions. Read the full return policy.
2-year limited warranty
Standard retail products include a 2-year limited warranty from confirmed delivery for verified manufacturing, material, structural or electrical defects under normal intended use.

These were used in a project with very high wood ceilings, so scale was important for us. The fixtures filled the space nicely and matched the architecture better than smaller decorative lights would have. Overall we were very happy with how they looked once everything was installed.
