Warranty

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Thank you for choosing Auranhome.

Auranhome stands behind the quality and workmanship of the lighting, furniture, and home furnishings we sell. Subject to the terms and exclusions below, eligible products purchased directly from Auranhome are covered by a two-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, structure, and covered electrical components under normal and intended use.

1. WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period begins on the date the product is confirmed as delivered by the applicable carrier and continues for two years.

If an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the warranty period for each product begins on the confirmed delivery date of that product.

A replacement part or repaired component does not begin a new two-year warranty period. It remains covered for the remainder of the original product warranty period or any longer period required by applicable law.

2. PRODUCTS COVERED

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, quotation, invoice, or written project agreement, this limited warranty applies to eligible:

  • Lighting fixtures;
  • Furniture;
  • Mirrors;
  • Home furnishings;
  • Integrated LED light sources;
  • Original drivers, transformers, and electrical components supplied with the product;
  • Structural components;
  • Hardware and functional components supplied as part of the original product.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Auranhome and is available to the original purchaser.

Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller, marketplace seller, liquidation sale, or other third party are not covered unless Auranhome expressly confirms coverage in writing.

3. WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

During the warranty period, Auranhome will review claims involving qualifying defects that arise during normal and intended use, including:

  • Defects in materials;
  • Defects in workmanship;
  • Structural failure not caused by installation or external conditions;
  • Failure of an integrated LED light source;
  • Failure of an original driver, transformer, or covered electrical component;
  • Failure of original hardware or functional components;
  • Material separation or abnormal deterioration caused by a manufacturing defect;
  • A product that materially fails to perform according to its confirmed specifications.

A cosmetic characteristic is covered only when it results from a manufacturing defect and is materially inconsistent with the product description or approved specifications.

4. WARRANTY REMEDIES

After reviewing and approving a warranty claim, Auranhome will determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature of the problem, product condition, part availability, location, safety considerations, and reasonable cost of correction.

An approved remedy may include:

  • Troubleshooting or technical guidance;
  • Replacement hardware or components;
  • Replacement electrical parts;
  • Repair assistance;
  • Repair of the affected product or component;
  • Replacement of the affected product;
  • A reasonably comparable replacement product;
  • Store credit;
  • A partial refund; or
  • A refund of the amount paid for the affected product if a reasonable repair or replacement cannot be provided.

Auranhome may initially provide a replacement part when the issue can reasonably be corrected without replacing the entire product.

For example, when the remainder of a lighting fixture is functional and undamaged, a claim involving a driver, crystal, glass component, screw, mounting component, or other replaceable part will normally be resolved by replacing the affected component rather than the entire fixture.

Nothing in this section limits a remedy that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

5. REPLACEMENT PARTS

For an approved warranty claim, Auranhome may provide the parts reasonably required to correct the covered issue.

Replacement parts may differ slightly in appearance from the original part because of:

  • Updated product specifications;
  • Production-batch differences;
  • Material availability;
  • Natural material variation;
  • Changes made to improve performance or safety.

Where reasonably possible, replacement parts will be selected to remain compatible with the original product and visually consistent with its overall design.

Customers should properly protect and store the product and all usable components while waiting for replacement parts.

A replacement part must not be installed if it appears incompatible, damaged, or unsafe. Contact Auranhome before proceeding.

6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR APPROVED CLAIMS

For approved warranty claims delivered within the contiguous United States, Auranhome will generally cover the cost of:

  • Approved replacement components; and
  • Standard shipping for those approved components.

This warranty does not automatically include:

  • Expedited shipping;
  • White-glove delivery;
  • Inside delivery;
  • Stair carry;
  • Crane service;
  • Special handling;
  • Storage charges;
  • Customs charges caused by customer delay;
  • Installation labor;
  • Removal labor;
  • Reinstallation labor;
  • Electrician fees;
  • Contractor fees; or
  • Other third-party service costs.

For Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, Canada, and other international destinations, the available remedy and responsibility for shipping, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or related costs will be evaluated according to the location, product, claim, and applicable law.

Auranhome will communicate any customer-responsible charge before arranging the applicable warranty shipment.

7. LABOR AND INSTALLATION COSTS

Unless expressly agreed in writing, this limited warranty covers the eligible product or affected component and does not cover third-party labor or service expenses, including:

  • Product removal;
  • Electrical disconnection;
  • Installation or reinstallation;
  • Assembly or disassembly;
  • Wall or ceiling repair;
  • Scaffolding;
  • Lift rental;
  • Crane service;
  • Electrician charges;
  • Contractor charges;
  • Designer or project-management fees;
  • Travel charges; or
  • Loss of business or use.

Customers should not arrange significant repair work at Auranhome’s expense unless the work and cost have been approved by Auranhome in writing beforehand.

Auranhome will not reimburse an unapproved third-party expense except where required by applicable law.

8. HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To submit a warranty claim, contact:

Email: info@auranhome.com

Please provide:

  1. Your order number;
  2. The purchaser’s name and contact information;
  3. The product name or SKU, if available;
  4. A clear description of the issue;
  5. Clear photographs showing the product and affected area;
  6. A video where movement, noise, flickering, electrical failure, or another functional issue cannot be adequately shown in photographs; and
  7. Any other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

If the issue may relate to installation, wiring, voltage, dimming compatibility, structural support, assembly, or site conditions, we may reasonably request:

  • Installation photographs;
  • Wiring photographs;
  • Driver or transformer labels;
  • Dimmer or control-system details;
  • Voltage information;
  • Installer comments;
  • An electrician’s report; or
  • Other relevant installation information.

Such information will be requested only when reasonably related to diagnosing the reported issue.

9. CLAIM REVIEW PROCESS

After receiving the required information, Auranhome will review the claim and may:

  • Ask follow-up questions;
  • Request additional photographs or video;
  • Provide troubleshooting instructions;
  • Request that a qualified professional inspect the product;
  • Confirm whether a replacement part is appropriate;
  • Arrange another available remedy; or
  • Explain why the issue is not covered.

Customers must provide Auranhome a reasonable opportunity to inspect, diagnose, and correct a covered issue before discarding, repairing, modifying, returning, or replacing the product.

Do not ship a product or component to any address without written return authorization from Auranhome.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for reimbursement.

10. INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Lighting fixtures, electrical products, mirrors, furniture, and large or heavy products must be installed or assembled according to:

  • The applicable instructions;
  • Product specifications;
  • Local electrical codes;
  • Local building codes;
  • Structural requirements;
  • Safety requirements; and
  • Appropriate professional practices.

Electrical products should be installed by a qualified and licensed electrician where required by law.

Before installation, the customer and installer should confirm:

  • Product dimensions;
  • Product weight;
  • Ceiling or wall support;
  • Blocking and anchoring requirements;
  • Junction-box compatibility;
  • Voltage;
  • Wattage;
  • Driver or transformer compatibility;
  • Dimmer and control-system compatibility;
  • Wiring requirements;
  • Indoor or outdoor rating; and
  • Suitability for the intended location.

Installation of a visibly damaged, incomplete, or apparently incompatible product may affect the available remedy if continuing with installation causes additional damage.

11. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This limited warranty does not cover damage, failure, deterioration, or dissatisfaction resulting from:

Normal use and appearance

  • Normal wear and tear;
  • Expected aging;
  • Minor scratches or marks arising after delivery;
  • Normal loosening requiring routine adjustment;
  • Normal fabric compression;
  • Normal leather creasing;
  • Normal settling or softening of furniture materials;
  • Gradual changes that do not materially affect function.

Natural and hand-finished materials

  • Natural variations in stone, marble, alabaster, wood, leather, glass, crystal, metal, or other natural materials;
  • Variations in color, tone, veining, grain, texture, transparency, pattern, thickness, or natural markings;
  • Minor differences between photographs, samples, production batches, and the delivered product;
  • Minor characteristics inherent in handmade or hand-finished products;
  • Natural oxidation, patina, or aging of untreated or living metal finishes;
  • Changes caused by environmental exposure.

These characteristics are not considered defects when they are consistent with the materials and production method described.

Customer preference

  • A change of mind;
  • Dislike of color, finish, size, brightness, scale, texture, or design;
  • A product being unsuitable for a space when dimensions and specifications were accurately disclosed;
  • A subjective difference that is not a material defect or material nonconformity.

Preference-based returns are governed by the Return & Refund Policy, not this limited warranty.

Installation, electrical, or compatibility issues

  • Improper installation or assembly;
  • Incorrect wiring;
  • Inadequate structural support;
  • Failure to use appropriate anchors, blocking, junction boxes, or mounting hardware;
  • Incorrect voltage;
  • Power surges;
  • Electrical-system problems;
  • Incompatible dimmers, drivers, transformers, smart-home systems, or control systems;
  • Use outside the product’s stated ratings;
  • Failure to follow installation instructions;
  • Work performed in violation of applicable codes.

Misuse and external causes

  • Accident, impact, abuse, misuse, or neglect;
  • Improper maintenance;
  • Improper cleaning products or methods;
  • Exposure to excessive moisture, heat, cold, sunlight, chemicals, salt, or corrosive conditions;
  • Pest or animal damage;
  • Fire, flood, earthquake, storm, lightning, or other natural disasters;
  • Theft, vandalism, or intentional damage;
  • Improper storage;
  • Commercial or high-intensity use beyond the product’s stated intended use.

Unauthorized changes

  • Unauthorized modification;
  • Unauthorized customization;
  • Unauthorized repair;
  • Alteration of original wiring or components;
  • Use of incompatible third-party components;
  • Modification that causes or contributes to the reported problem.

The use of an independent installer or compatible third-party component does not automatically void the warranty. However, damage caused by improper work or an incompatible component is not covered.

Excluded items

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following are not covered:

  • Replaceable light bulbs;
  • Batteries;
  • Consumable items;
  • Complimentary gifts;
  • Free spare parts;
  • Packaging materials;
  • Third-party accessories not supplied as an original component of the product;
  • Items sold as final sale, sample sale, or as-is when the exclusion was clearly disclosed before purchase.

12. OUTDOOR AND DAMP-LOCATION USE

Products intended only for indoor use are not covered for damage caused by outdoor, wet, damp, humid, coastal, or other unsuitable conditions.

A product should be used outdoors or in a damp or wet location only when the applicable product information expressly states that it is rated for that environment.

Outdoor-rated products remain subject to normal environmental aging, including changes caused by sunlight, rain, temperature, humidity, salt air, pollution, and other environmental conditions.

Normal environmental aging is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect.

13. TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE

Damage that is visible or reasonably discoverable upon delivery is handled under Auranhome’s Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy rather than as a long-term warranty claim.

Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery and report:

  • Broken or damaged components;
  • Crushed or punctured packaging;
  • Missing parts;
  • Incorrect items; or
  • Other transportation-related damage

as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers should retain the product, packaging, labels, and packing materials until the shipping claim has been reviewed.

Failure to report immediately does not remove any right that cannot legally be waived, but delayed reporting may make it more difficult to verify whether damage occurred during transportation.

14. REPLACEABLE BULBS

Replaceable bulbs are excluded from the two-year limited warranty unless a separate written bulb warranty is expressly provided.

This exclusion does not apply to an integrated LED module that forms part of the original fixture. Eligible integrated LED modules are covered under this policy, subject to the stated terms and exclusions.

15. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Eligible custom and made-to-order products are covered for qualifying defects in materials, workmanship, structure, and covered electrical components.

Customization alone does not remove warranty coverage.

However, the warranty does not cover:

  • Specifications approved by the customer;
  • Dimensions approved by the customer;
  • Finish selections approved by the customer;
  • Customer-requested configurations;
  • A customer’s later preference change;
  • A product accurately produced according to approved drawings, samples, or specifications.

If a custom product materially differs from the approved specifications, the customer should contact Auranhome and provide the relevant approval documents and supporting evidence.

16. COMMERCIAL AND PROJECT ORDERS

Unless a quotation, invoice, project agreement, or written contract states different warranty terms, this limited warranty also applies to eligible products purchased directly from Auranhome for residential, hospitality, design, development, or commercial projects.

The warranty does not cover accelerated wear or damage caused by use beyond the product’s stated or reasonably intended application.

Project-specific warranty obligations contained in a signed written agreement will control where they expressly differ from this general policy.

17. TRANSFERABILITY

This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless Auranhome agrees otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

A gift recipient may submit a claim when the original order can be verified and the purchaser authorizes the claim where reasonably necessary.

18. PROOF OF PURCHASE

Valid proof of purchase is required.

Acceptable proof may include:

  • An Auranhome order confirmation;
  • An Auranhome invoice;
  • An order number that can be verified in our records;
  • A written project agreement; or
  • Other documentation reasonably confirming the purchase.

Warranty registration is not required.

19. NO UNAUTHORIZED PROMISES

No installer, contractor, reseller, sales representative, logistics provider, or other third party may expand or change this limited warranty unless the change is expressly confirmed in writing by an authorized representative of Auranhome.

Product-page statements, quotations, invoices, and written project agreements may contain product-specific warranty terms. Where a product-specific written warranty provides greater protection, that written warranty will apply to the applicable product.

20. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the remedies described in this limited warranty are the remedies available for a covered warranty claim.

Auranhome is not responsible under this warranty for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of use, lost revenue, project delay, accommodation expenses, or third-party penalties.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions, so some of these limitations may not apply to every customer.

Nothing in this warranty excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS

This limited warranty gives customers specific legal rights. Customers may also have other rights that vary by state, province, territory, or country.

This warranty is in addition to any consumer protection rights that cannot legally be waived, restricted, or excluded.

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or reduce any applicable non-waivable statutory warranty, implied warranty, or legal remedy.
