At AuranHome, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
This Limited Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for AuranHome products, including our standard 2-year limited warranty and the extended 5-year limited warranty available for orders placed through the AuranHome Trade Program.
This warranty applies in addition to any rights or remedies that may be available to customers under applicable law.
1. STANDARD 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
All AuranHome products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
The warranty period begins on the confirmed delivery date of the product.
During the applicable warranty period, AuranHome will provide assistance for verified defects in materials, manufacturing, workmanship, structural components, or electrical components under normal and intended use.
2. TRADE PROGRAM 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Orders placed by approved members of the AuranHome Trade Program are covered by an extended 5-year limited warranty.
The 5-year warranty period begins on the confirmed delivery date of the applicable product.
The Trade Program warranty applies to products purchased through an approved AuranHome Trade Program account or otherwise identified by AuranHome in writing as an eligible Trade Program order.
The 5-year Trade Program warranty replaces the standard 2-year warranty period for the applicable Trade Program order; the warranty periods do not combine or run consecutively.
3. WHAT THE LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS
Subject to the terms of this policy, the applicable limited warranty covers verified defects that arise under normal and intended use, including:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in workmanship
- Structural defects attributable to manufacturing
- Electrical component defects attributable to manufacturing
- Missing or defective components attributable to AuranHome
- Other product failures determined by AuranHome to result from a covered manufacturing or material defect
Warranty coverage applies only to the original product purchased from AuranHome and is subject to verification of the order and reported issue.
4. LIGHTING PRODUCTS
For lighting products, warranty coverage may include verified manufacturing defects involving components supplied as part of the original product, including, where applicable:
- Fixture structure
- Wiring
- Connectors
- Integrated LED components
- Drivers
- Transformers
- Mounting components
- Other electrical components supplied with the product
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible electrical systems, improper voltage, unauthorized electrical modification, or failure to follow applicable installation instructions.
Lighting products should be installed by a qualified professional where required by applicable electrical or building regulations.
5. FURNITURE AND NON-LIGHTING PRODUCTS
For furniture and other non-lighting products, warranty coverage may include verified manufacturing or workmanship defects involving:
- Frames
- Structural components
- Hardware supplied with the product
- Manufacturing-related assembly defects
- Other covered components supplied as part of the original product
Normal wear, cosmetic aging, or damage resulting from misuse or improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
6. CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Standard made-to-order and custom products are covered by the applicable warranty period.
A product being made to order or manufactured according to approved customer specifications does not by itself eliminate warranty coverage.
For custom products, warranty coverage applies to verified manufacturing defects and material deviations from the customer-approved specifications.
The warranty does not cover dissatisfaction with specifications, dimensions, finishes, colors, configurations, or other characteristics that were specifically requested or approved by the customer, unless the delivered product materially differs from those approved specifications.
7. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This limited warranty does not cover problems resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Improper assembly
- Misuse or abuse
- Accidents
- Customer-caused damage
- Improper maintenance or cleaning
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Unauthorized electrical modifications
- Use of incompatible electrical components
- Improper voltage or electrical supply
- Failure to follow installation or care instructions
- Damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect
- Commercial or environmental conditions outside the product's intended use
- Damage caused by movers, installers, contractors, or other third parties
- Natural variations that are normal characteristics of the applicable material
This exclusion does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. NATURAL MATERIALS AND NORMAL VARIATIONS
Products manufactured from natural materials may exhibit variations in color, grain, veining, texture, pattern, tone, or surface appearance.
Natural materials may include:
- Alabaster
- Marble
- Travertine
- Stone
- Wood
- Rattan
- Other natural materials and finishes
These naturally occurring variations are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
Minor variations in color caused by photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, production batches, or material characteristics are also generally not considered defects when the product remains materially consistent with its description.
Minor dimensional variations resulting from normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects unless the product materially differs from the dimensions or tolerances disclosed before purchase.

- The product name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the product and reported problem
- Videos where helpful to demonstrate the issue
- Photographs of relevant labels, components, or packaging when requested
Additional information may be requested when reasonably necessary to evaluate the warranty claim.
Please do not dispose of, repair, modify, disassemble, or return the affected product before receiving instructions from AuranHome.
10. WARRANTY CLAIM REVIEW
After receiving the information reasonably required to review the claim, AuranHome will evaluate:
- The original order
- The applicable warranty period
- The nature of the reported issue
- Product condition
- Installation information where relevant
- Photographs, videos, or other supporting information
- Whether the issue is consistent with a covered manufacturing or material defect
AuranHome may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, installation information, or other reasonable documentation before determining the appropriate resolution.
11. WARRANTY REMEDIES
For a verified warranty claim, AuranHome will determine an appropriate remedy based on the nature of the defect and the circumstances of the claim.
Depending on the issue, the remedy may include:
- Technical assistance
- Replacement components
- Replacement parts
- Repair
- Replacement of the affected product
- Another appropriate remedy agreed with the customer
Where required by applicable law or where another remedy is not reasonably available, an appropriate refund may be provided.
AuranHome will communicate the approved warranty resolution to the customer before any return, repair, replacement, or disposal instructions are carried out.
12. WARRANTY SHIPPING
If AuranHome determines that a product or component must be returned as part of an approved warranty claim for a covered defect, AuranHome will provide the applicable return instructions.
For an approved claim involving a verified covered defect, AuranHome will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.
Customers should not independently ship a warranty product to AuranHome without written instructions.
13. WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
This Limited Warranty Policy is separate from AuranHome's Return & Refund Policy.
The warranty covers eligible product defects during the applicable warranty period.
Customer-preference returns, including change-of-mind returns, remain subject to the eligibility requirements, return window, return shipping responsibility, and restocking fee described in the Return & Refund Policy.
A product being outside the 30-day preference-return period does not by itself eliminate valid warranty coverage during the applicable 2-year or 5-year warranty period.
14. WARRANTY AND SHIPPING DAMAGE
Products that arrive damaged, incorrect, defective upon delivery, or materially different from their description should be reported to AuranHome as soon as reasonably possible.
Such claims may also be handled under the applicable provisions of our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Customers should retain the product and packaging and follow the instructions provided by AuranHome.
15. ORIGINAL PURCHASER
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product from AuranHome, subject to any additional rights provided under applicable law.
Proof of purchase or the original AuranHome order information may be required to verify warranty eligibility.

17. POLICY UPDATES
AuranHome may update this Limited Warranty Policy to reflect changes in our products, operations, or applicable requirements.
The warranty terms applicable to an order are the terms made available to the customer at the time the order is placed, except where a later change is required by applicable law.
