Who is eligible to become a member?
Design professionals for either residential or commercial including interior designers, architects, builders, developers, stagers, and more are eligible to join Lightopia’s Trade Program.
How long does the approval process take?
Our trade team reviews all applications within one business day. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account is approved, including your login details and a full breakdown of your account benefits.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement to maintain a trade account. Discounts begin from your first order at $1 and scale automatically with order value. However, a minimum order may apply for certain bespoke or custom products—our team will advise on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer finish samples or swatches?
Yes, we provide finish samples or swatches upon availability.
