Return Policy

AuranHome accepts eligible returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, in their original condition and packaging, with all original components. Requests after 30 days are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

To start a return, email info@auranhome.com with your order number, reason and photos. Written approval and an RMA are required before shipping to the designated U.S. return address.

• Customer-preference returns: a 20% restocking fee based on the product price paid after discounts applies. Customers pay the actual return shipping cost.
• Approved damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misrepresented products: no restocking fee; AuranHome covers reasonable approved return shipping costs.
• Custom/personalized products: not eligible for preference-based returns. Assistance remains available for damage, defects, incorrect products or differences from approved specifications.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders Not Yet Shipped

Request cancellation before shipment or transfer to the carrier. Cancellation is not approved until AuranHome confirms it in writing. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to an order canceled before shipment.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders cannot be canceled after shipment or transfer to the carrier. After delivery, you may request an eligible return under our policy. Please contact us before refusing delivery.

Refund Processing

Inspection normally takes 3-5 business days after receipt of an authorized return. Once the product passes inspection, the applicable refund is issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 3-10 business days.
